BAUER Equipment America has come to an agreement with Astec to buy the assets of the Water Well Drilling product line of GEFCO to continue the legacy of this well-known brand. In this process, BAUER Equipment America will take over the inventory of the water well product line.

GEFCO is an important brand for the water well business strategy of BAUER in the USA. At our production facility in Conroe, Texas, we will build the GEFCO products and look forward to maintaining the GEFCO quality and competence going forward with key personnel relocating to Texas.
